1. Q. Is it allowed to upload old receipts?
A. No. The system will not accept 2 days back date receipts for Basic Users from the time you uploaded it. Upload your recent receipts only. this is to avoid massive cheating and collecting non personal receipts. if you want longer receipt validity (48Hrs.) You need to Upgrade your account to PRO
2. Q.What is the 24 and 48 hour Receipts Validity?
A. Pro Account Members can late upload Receipts from the date of purchase, they can upload it within 48 hours, while Free members or Basic users should upload their receipts from the date of purchase they only have 24 hours to upload it.

3. Q. Can i use Multiple/Other Facebook account to validate my uploaded receipts?
A. BIG NO . Because you are only allowed to use the Facebook Profile link you submitted in your Profile settings. Do not also use Fake Account. we have our validation system . we know if you are using Fake Account.
4. Q. Share Validation steps. tends to be repetitive. how to avoid ads redundancy showing in my share validation steps?
A. You cannot skip those repetitive ads. unless you share it again. 1 reload validation is equivalent to 1 upload receipt session. Be careful when uploading receipts. there is always an equivalent validation reward. Our system is designed to detect the ratio of your sessions equivalent to your receipts and valid shared links. Do not cheat this part.
5. Q. Can other foreign Countries use this CashBack Apps?

6. Q: Why i cant see Receipt Upload Button in Desktop View?
A. Only Mobile Users can use upload Feature. We disabled Desktop View for Receipt Uploading.

10. Q. Why am i not seeing any Referal earnings in my Upgraded Account?

The plugins can only read earnings from your referal activity, not on
the consolidation of your total commisions in refering members. how
ever. the system and admin can see every activity happening in all
accounts. Basic or PRO. the system always notify the panels admin if
theres a new upgrade. where it came from. when and whose the referer. .
when
we see this. we automatically execute fund transfer to the specific
accounts to whom credit was due. this is also the reason you see the
spike of your earnings total balance.
11. Q. Does this also happen even in Basic Account?

Yes. when they refer. they can't see Referral Earnings. if their referrals made an upgrade. the only referral earnings they can see. is the
Referral earnings made from the user activity. they get 20% earnings. Lets make this simple: You only make money in your referrals if your invite become an active user of the apps. You get more earnings when your referrals is an active user of the apps. SO the more friend you invite to use the apps. the more earnings you can have.
12. Q. Can i upload multiple receipts under 1 store name? Ex. 10 pcs Grocery Receipts? Purchase in one store?
A. No. and this is obviously cheating. This is to avoid Collecting non Personal Receipts., The system will only read 1:1 ratio.every upload has a unique validation link. 1 receipts =1Validation Link. Don't cheat this part. we know wen our user's are cheating already.
13. Q. What if i accidentally Reload the Reward Validation Page and i dont have the Receipts yet to Upload?
A. Be responsible when using the Apps. We are not responsible for your lose or invalid income. worst.. if the system will detect your frequent invalid activity. sooner.or later. the system will banned you from using it.
14. Q. Can i Delete the shared Link in my facebook?
A. Yes you can delete it. but the system will check every Facebook URL that sharing the Reward Validation links. if The URL of that facebook do not have any Links shared, deleted. or the The Reward validation link is missing. the Reward will also canceled and VOID.

15. Q. How the system disburse members valid Encashment Request?
A. Via Facebook Check, if the user did not complete it's profile and input his/her facebook profile link. the ''system checker'' will not see the activity of that user and can't execute withdrawal transfer. Remember, all user must provide their valid facebook profile link on their Profile Settings
if the checker can't find any links there, missing or deleted. that computation will return to Zero and only count Valid links seen on the user. that's the final earnings of the user. even if you uploaded 10,000 receipts. if your Facebook profile do not have 10,000 equivalent reward validation links. the computation will be based on the equivalent uploaded receipts and shared reward validation link sessions. that has be synchronized and tallied equal.
